What you get
Your brand on everything
Your clients sign in at yourname.assistcaller.com, or your own domain. They see your logo, your colors and your product name, and get emails from your brand. AssistCall never appears.
Your packages, your prices
Set the monthly price, the minutes included, what extra minutes cost and how long the free trial runs. Sell one plan or five.
Every client in one place
Add clients, set up their receptionist and number in a few clicks, watch their usage, and sign in as a client when they need a hand.
Bill your way
Invoice your clients however you do today and get one monthly statement from us. Or take card payments through your own Stripe account, with our wholesale share taken out automatically.
Clients can help themselves
When a client calls their own receptionist, it recognizes them and can change their hours, prices or greeting by voice, or run a demo call.
No phones, AI or servers to manage

Questions
Who can become a partner?
Agencies, consultants, IT and managed service providers, phone system resellers, software companies, and anyone else who already works with small businesses. Apply with your company details and how you plan to sell it, and we review every application.
Will my clients see AssistCall?
No. Your clients sign in at your own portal and see your name, logo and colors. Their emails come from your brand, and their receptionist never mentions AssistCall.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every partner gets yourname.assistcaller.com right away. If you'd rather use your own domain, like portal.yourbrand.com, request it in your dashboard and we set it up with you.
How do I bill my clients?
Two ways. Bill them yourself, the way you do today, and we send you one monthly statement. Or connect your own Stripe account so clients pay you by card, and our wholesale share is taken out of each payment automatically.
What does it cost me?
You pay a wholesale rate: a monthly amount per client plus usage. You set your own retail prices and keep the difference. We share the exact rates when your application is approved.
How long does approval take?
Usually within two business days. You can sign in as soon as you apply, and your dashboard opens as soon as you're approved. We email you either way.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Call 1-888-247-0160 any time to talk with Ava, our own AI assistant, built on the same technology your clients get. Ask her anything, or have her walk you through a demo.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Not yet, and we don't sign Business Associate Agreements today. Medical and dental practices can use it for general calls like hours and directions, but don't sell it for anything involving patient health information.
