Example call

An existing lead calls to ask whether a saved listing is still available. AssistCall finds them in Sierra by phone number, takes the message, and adds a note with the summary to their lead. The assigned agent is notified and sees the note on the lead record.

How it connects

About Sierra Interactive's API

The API key is under Gear icon > Integrations > Sierra Interactive. By default only the Primary Manager can open the Integrations Manager. Regenerating the key (disable and re-enable) breaks every integration that uses the old key. The base URL is https://api.sierrainteractivedev.com. GET /leads/find accepts a phone parameter. POST /leads requires an email (the docs also list a password field as required). POST /leads/{id}/note adds a note. Webhooks include LeadCreated, LeadDetailsChanged and LeadNoteAdded. Rate limits were not found in the docs. Zapier app: 7 triggers and 10 actions, including Create Lead, Find Lead, Create Note and Create Task. No Make app found.

Not included: no one-click Sierra Interactive app, no listing in Sierra Interactive's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Sierra Interactive.
