During a call, look up the caller by phone number with Rentec's /lookup endpoint to see whether they're a tenant, owner, vendor or prospect.
Create a work order in Rentec Direct for the maintenance issue the caller describes, using an API key limited to work-order write permission.
Add a new prospect as a lead in Rentec Direct through the API's Create lead endpoint, or through Zapier run Find a Tenant and Create a Message from AssistCall's message.taken event.

Rentec Direct's Zapier app offers Create Work Order, Create a Message, Create a New Work Order Note and Find Tenant/Lead/Owner/Vendor steps; starting a Zap from AssistCall uses Webhooks by Zapier, which needs a paid Zapier plan. No Make app found.

Not included: no one-click Rentec Direct app, no listing in Rentec Direct's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Rentec Direct LLC.
