Use AssistCall with TenantCloud
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to TenantCloud through Webhook, Zapier.
TenantCloud: Cloud property management software for DIY landlords and small property managers: rent collection, listings, applications, maintenance and accounting.
Connects
Example call
A prospect calls about a listed unit; AssistCall answers questions, books a showing and emails the landlord the caller's details, which the landlord then attaches to the lead in TenantCloud.
- Forward your rental line to AssistCall so tenant and prospect calls are answered 24/7 and summarized by email.
- On TenantCloud's Business plan, start a Zap from AssistCall's message.taken event that sends the message to a TenantCloud lead, provided the Zap supplies that lead's TenantCloud ID.
- Book showings in AssistCall for prospects who call about TenantCloud listings, and email the details to whoever runs leasing.
How it connects
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
- Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
About TenantCloud's API
- API access not confirmed
- Style: No public API docs found (Zapier app only)
- On Zapier: yes. On Make: no.
No public API documentation found. TenantCloud's pricing table shows the Zapier integration on the Business plan only. Its Zapier actions (Send Message to Lead, Create Invoice, Create Property, application review steps and others) need a TenantCloud record ID, and the app has no search step, so a Zap can't match a caller to a tenant or lead automatically. Starting a Zap from AssistCall uses Webhooks by Zapier, which needs a paid Zapier plan. No Make app found.
Not included: no one-click TenantCloud app, no listing in TenantCloud's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with TenantCloud.
