Example call

A new caller asks for a facial next Tuesday afternoon. AssistCall answers and takes her details. A Zap creates her as a client in Boulevard and adds a note with the call summary, and your front desk books her in Boulevard.

How it connects

About Boulevard's API

Boulevard's pricing page lists API access under the Enterprise plan, and third-party sources say only Enterprise customers can use the Admin and Client APIs. Customers on other plans can use Boulevard's Zapier app: 9 triggers such as New Appointment and Appointment Cancelled, 7 actions including Create Client, Create Client Note, Create Timeblock and Update Appointment, and searches such as Find Client by Email. Boulevard's blog says its Zapier-based Magic Tags are for Premier and Enterprise accounts, so check which Zapier features your plan includes. We did not confirm the API style or webhook details on the JavaScript-only developer portal itself.

Not included: no one-click Boulevard app, no listing in Boulevard's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Boulevard.

Researched by the AssistCall team and checked against Boulevard's public pages on October 24, 2026. Boulevard is a trademark of Boulevard. AssistCall is an independent product of Starling Global LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Boulevard.
