A client calls at 7am because her cat hasn't eaten in two days. AssistCall takes her details and what she's noticed, marks the message urgent and emails the front desk. They call her back and book her in ezyVet when the clinic opens.

• Forward your clinic's line to AssistCall during surgery blocks, at lunch or after hours, so appointment and refill calls still get answered.
• AssistCall takes the client's name, the pet's name and the reason for the visit, marks urgent messages, and emails the front desk the summary and recording to book in ezyVet.
• Send AssistCall's message.taken events by webhook to your own endpoint, or to a Zapier, Make or n8n workflow that alerts the team when a message is marked urgent.

About ezyVet's API

• Partner API: the vendor approves access
• Style: REST (JSON)
• Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client credentials plus a partner_id issued to approved integration partners. Access tokens expire (the docs state a 12-hour TTL) and have to be requested again.
• On Zapier: no. On Make: no.

API access starts with a partner application. Approved partners get a partner_id and client credentials, and each clinic then turns that partner on in ezyVet's Integrations settings. Rate limits are about 60 calls a minute per endpoint and 180 a minute per database per partner. Because access depends on ezyVet approving a partner and tokens expire, AssistCall does not offer live ezyVet lookups. I found no ezyVet app on Zapier or Make.

Not included: no one-click ezyVet app, no listing in ezyVet's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with ezyVet (IDEXX Laboratories).
