A pet parent calls during a bath to book a full groom for her doodle next week. AssistCall takes her name, number, the dog's name and size, and the days she can do. You get the summary by email and book her in MoeGo between dogs.

• Forward your salon or van line to AssistCall while you're grooming, so every caller is answered instead of going to voicemail.
• AssistCall answers questions about services, prices and hours, takes grooming requests with the pet's name, breed and preferred day, and emails you the summary and recording to book in MoeGo.
• Send AssistCall's appointment.booked and message.taken events by webhook to your own endpoint, or to a Zapier, Make or n8n workflow that alerts your front desk.

About MoeGo's API

• API on enterprise plans only
• Style: REST (JSON) at openapi.moego.pet
• Authentication: Base64-encoded API key in the Authorization header. Keys come from your MoeGo Customer Success Manager. Key expiry isn't documented.
• On Zapier: no. On Make: no.

MoeGo's public API repository says keys are requested through your dedicated Customer Success Manager. MoeGo lists API integrations among its enterprise features, and a third-party review puts the API platform on the Enterprise tier. Webhooks (for example APPOINTMENT_CREATED, APPOINTMENT_UPDATED and ORDER_UPDATED) are HMAC-signed and retried. A business can't create its own key, so AssistCall does not offer live MoeGo lookups. I found no MoeGo app on Zapier or Make.

Not included: no one-click MoeGo app, no listing in MoeGo's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with MoeGo.
