AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Jobber through Webhook, Zapier, n8n.

Caller says their AC stopped working. AssistCall takes name, address and urgency, and its lead.captured webhook triggers a Zap that creates a Jobber client and request. The owner opens Jobber and sees the new request with the call summary.

• When AssistCall captures a lead, a Zap finds or creates the client in Jobber and opens a new request with the caller's details and call summary.
• When a caller books an appointment, a Zap uses Jobber's Create Job action so the visit is waiting in Jobber for the office to confirm.
• After each call, the call.completed event triggers a Zap that adds a note to the matching Jobber request with the transcript summary and recording link.

How it connects

• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.

About Jobber's API

• Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
• Style: GraphQL
• Authentication: OAuth 2.0 authorization code (access tokens expire and are refreshed)
• On Zapier: yes. On Make: no.

A customer can build an unpublished custom app in Jobber's Developer Center and authorize it on their own account without an App Marketplace listing (Jobber help center). Tokens expire and need refreshing, so a static key for AssistCall's in-call API lookup is not available; use Zapier or n8n. Zapier app: 11 triggers; actions Create Client, Create Request, Create Job, Create Quote, Add Note to Request, Find Client, Find or Create Client. No Make app found. Webhook support is from Jobber's developer docs, which blocked automated reading in this check.

Not included: no one-click Jobber app, no listing in Jobber's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Jobber.
