• When AssistCall captures a lead, a Zap creates a customer in Service Fusion with the caller's phone and address.
• When a caller books, a Zap creates a job in Service Fusion for the requested date.
• When a caller leaves a message, a Zap creates a calendar task in Service Fusion so someone calls them back.

How it connects

• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.

About Service Fusion's API

• Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
• Style: REST (JSON or XML)
• Authentication: OAuth 2.0 (client credentials or authorization code); the customer registers the app in Developer Settings > OAuth Apps
• On Zapier: yes. On Make: no.

Rate limit 60 requests per minute per token. The API supports list, get and create for customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, calendar tasks and availability. No webhooks are documented. Tokens come from an OAuth exchange, so use Zapier or n8n. The API docs do not state plan requirements; confirm with Service Fusion. Zapier: triggers New Job, New Customer, Job Status Updated and more; actions Create Customer, Create Job, Create Calendar Task. No Make app found.

Not included: no one-click Service Fusion app, no listing in Service Fusion's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Service Fusion.
