AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to ServiceTitan through Webhook, Zapier, n8n.

Caller says their water heater is leaking. AssistCall collects name, address and urgency, and the lead.captured webhook triggers a Zap that creates a ServiceTitan booking. A CSR sees the booking in ServiceTitan and schedules the job.

• When AssistCall books an appointment, a Zap creates a Booking in ServiceTitan so a CSR can review and schedule it.
• When a caller leaves a message, a Zap searches ServiceTitan customers by phone and adds a customer note with the summary and recording link.
• Forward overflow and after-hours calls from your existing line to AssistCall, and have each lead.captured event create a ServiceTitan lead through Zapier.

How it connects

• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.

About ServiceTitan's API

An admin enables the 'Generate API Application Key' and 'Manage API Application Access' permissions, someone creates an app for your tenant at developer.servicetitan.io, then connects it in Settings > Integrations > API Application Access. Tokens come from a client-credentials exchange, so use Zapier or n8n rather than AssistCall's direct in-call lookup. ServiceTitan's help page does not mention fees; confirm API usage with your account manager. Webhook support not verified. Zapier app: 24 triggers and 53 actions including Create Booking, Create Lead, Create Customer, Create Customer Note and Search Customers. No Make app found.

Not included: no one-click ServiceTitan app, no listing in ServiceTitan's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with ServiceTitan, Inc..
