During the 6pm class, a caller asks whether you have a beginner program. AssistCall describes your on-ramp class from your gym details and takes his name, phone and email. A Zap adds him to PushPress as a new person, and the coach gets the summary to follow up.

• Send AssistCall's lead.captured event to a Zap that creates a Person in PushPress when a caller asks about a trial class and gives their email.
• Use Zapier's Find Person step to check by email whether the caller is already in PushPress before the Zap emails your coach the call summary.
• Forward your gym line to AssistCall during classes, so callers asking about schedules, drop-ins and memberships get answers instead of voicemail.

How it connects

• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.

About PushPress's API

• Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
• Style: REST (JSON)
• Authentication: API key created in PushPress Core under Settings > Security & Access. Expiry isn't documented. Third-party profiles say the v3 Platform API also needs a company-id header for each gym location.
• On Zapier: yes. On Make: no.

Gym admins create an API key under Settings > Security & Access, and PushPress's Zapier app uses that key. PushPress's official API reference wasn't publicly reachable when I checked. Third-party profiles and PushPress's beta TypeScript SDK describe a v3 Platform API with customers, check-ins and webhook management, called with an API key plus a company-id header. That setup isn't confirmed, so AssistCall doesn't list live PushPress lookups. Zapier's PushPress app has 8 triggers and 2 actions: Create a Person (email, first and last name required) and Find Person. I found no PushPress app on Make.

Not included: no one-click PushPress app, no listing in PushPress's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with PushPress, Inc..
