On Sunday night a caller asks about a free trial class. AssistCall answers from your gym's details, takes her name and number, and creates her as a lead in Wodify during the call. Your coach sees the new lead and the call summary on Monday morning.

• During the call, AssistCall can create a lead in Wodify with POST /v1/leads, using your API key and a body template with your location_id and the caller's name, phone and notes.
• Send AssistCall's lead.captured event to a Zap that runs Wodify Core's Add/Update Lead and Add Tag to Lead actions, so trial-class callers enter your lead follow-up.
• Forward your gym line to AssistCall during classes and after hours, and get each call's summary and recording by email.

How it connects

• Live API actions: During the call, the receptionist calls the app's API with your key to look up or create records.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.

About Wodify's API

• Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
• Style: REST (JSON)
• Authentication: Static API key in the x-api-key header, created by a Wodify Core admin. Wodify doesn't document key expiry.
• On Zapier: yes. On Make: no.

Admins create keys in Wodify Core under Automations > Integrations (Add API Key), or find the 'Wodify API' key under Digital Presence > Web Integrations > API Keys. Wodify's help center lists API access on the Engage, Grow, Promote, Free Unlimited, Essentials, Accelerate and Ultimate tiers; one third-party review says Essentials lacks it, so check your plan. POST https://api.wodify.com/v1/leads creates a lead and requires location_id. GET /v1/clients/search?q= searches clients, but Wodify doesn't say which fields q matches. No webhooks are documented. Zapier's Wodify Core app has Add/Update Lead, Add/Update Client and tag actions. Make lists only a community-built Wodify app that Make does not maintain.

Not included: no one-click Wodify app, no listing in Wodify's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Wodify.
