Use AssistCall with Zenoti
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Zenoti through Webhook, Live API actions, Zapier, n8n.
Zenoti: Booking, point of sale, CRM and marketing software for salons, spas, med spas and fitness businesses, especially multi-location ones.
Connects
Example call
A caller asks about a massage package. AssistCall looks her up by phone in Zenoti, sees she's an existing guest, answers her question and takes a booking request. A Zap logs a lead in Zenoti, and the center manager gets the email summary.
- During a call, AssistCall searches Zenoti for the caller by phone number (GET /v1/guests/search) with an API key you generate in Zenoti's Apps settings.
- When AssistCall captures a lead, a Zapier Zap runs Zenoti's Create Lead action so your team can follow up in Zenoti.
- For new callers, a Zap uses Find or Create Guests to add a guest profile to Zenoti with the name and phone number from the call.
How it connects
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
- Live API actions: During the call, the receptionist calls the app's API with your key to look up or create records.
- Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
- n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
About Zenoti's API
- Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
- Style: REST (JSON)
- Authentication: API key in the Authorization header ('apikey <key>'), or a bearer access token
- On Zapier: yes. On Make: no.
A business generates its own API key at the organization level (Configuration > Integrations > Apps > add a backend app); the docs mention no Zenoti approval step. Keys expire after a set period, and Zenoti can alert you before they do. Zenoti's webhooks need a subscription to the Zenoti API package, which your Zenoti CSM enables. Guest search supports a phone parameter (GET https://api.zenoti.com/v1/guests/search?phone=...). Zapier's Zenoti app has about 40 triggers and actions including Create Guest, Create Lead, Search for a Guest and Find or Create Guests.
Not included: no one-click Zenoti app, no listing in Zenoti's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Zenoti.
