• When a caller books, a Zap adds a pending booking to the GorillaDesk schedule with the caller's address and preferred time.
• When AssistCall captures a lead, a Zap adds the lead in GorillaDesk.
• Forward your line to AssistCall while techs are on route, and new callers are added as GorillaDesk customers through Zapier.

How it connects

• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.

About GorillaDesk's API

The homepage lists a 'GorillaDesk API' under developer integrations, but no public API docs were found. Zapier app has actions only: Add Booking (pending booking on the schedule), Add Customer, Add Lead. No Make app found.
