Use AssistCall with Invoice2go
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Invoice2go through Webhook, Zapier.
Invoice2go: Invoice2go is a mobile invoicing and estimates app, owned by BILL, that tradespeople and other very small businesses use to bill customers and get paid from their phones.
Connects
Example call
A homeowner calls a handyman about a leaking faucet while he's on another job. AssistCall takes her name, number, address and the problem, and a Zap adds her as a client in Invoice2go. He sends the estimate from the app that evening.
- When AssistCall captures a new lead, a Zap uses Invoice2go's Create Client action, so the caller is ready for an estimate in the app.
- Forward your mobile number to AssistCall when you're on a job, and get each call's summary, transcript and recording by email.
- AssistCall takes the caller's job details and address in a message, so you can write the Invoice2go estimate straight from the summary.
How it connects
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
- Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
About Invoice2go's API
- No public API
- Style: No public API documented
- Authentication: Not applicable (no self-serve API keys)
- On Zapier: yes. On Make: no.
Invoice2go doesn't publish a self-serve developer API, and sources disagree on whether a partner-only API still exists. Its Zapier app has two actions, Create Client and Create Item, and no triggers or searches. We found no Make app.
