Example call

Caller needs a dryer repair. AssistCall takes their details, and the lead.captured webhook starts an n8n workflow that creates the Kickserv customer and adds a note. The owner sees the new customer in Kickserv.

How it connects

About Kickserv's API

API access is available on premium plans only. The API uses XML, not JSON, so it fits an n8n workflow better than AssistCall's direct in-call lookup. Endpoints cover customers, customer notes, jobs, job notes, tasks and employees. No webhooks documented. No Zapier app found (zapier.com/apps/kickserv returns 404) and no Make app found.

Not included: no one-click Kickserv app, no listing in Kickserv's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Kickserv.

Researched by the AssistCall team and checked against Kickserv's public pages on October 24, 2026. Kickserv is a trademark of Kickserv. AssistCall is an independent product of Starling Global LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Kickserv.
