Caller wants a quote for spring cleanup. AssistCall records the property address and scope, and the lead.captured webhook triggers a Zap that creates the LMN contact and a to-do to schedule the estimate. The estimator sees it in LMN.

• When AssistCall captures a lead, a Zap finds or creates the contact in LMN with the jobsite address.
• When a caller leaves a message, a Zap creates a to-do in LMN with the reason for calling and urgency.
• After each call, a Zap adds a note to the LMN contact with the call summary and recording link.

How it connects

• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
