• When AssistCall captures a lead, a Zap creates a lead in Simpro with the caller's contact details and call summary.
• When a caller books, a Zap finds or creates the individual customer and creates a service job in Simpro.
• When an appointment is booked for a specific time, a Zap creates a schedule block in Simpro for that slot.

How it connects

• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
