Caller locked out of their house asks for help now. AssistCall marks it urgent, the lead.captured webhook creates a Workiz lead through Zapier, and the owner sees the lead in Workiz plus an urgent message email.

• When AssistCall captures a lead, a Zap creates a lead in Workiz with the caller's name, phone and job details.
• During a call, search Workiz clients and jobs with a read-only API key so the receptionist can tell a caller whether their job is scheduled.
• When a caller books, Zapier's Create Job action adds a Workiz job with the date, time, address and job type.

How it connects

• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Live API actions: During the call, the receptionist calls the app's API with your key to look up or create records.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.

Enable the Developer API add-on in the Feature Center, then create keys in Settings > Integrations > Developer. v2 keys can be limited to read-only and can be set to expire. Workiz's help center lists webhooks among v2 API features. Check whether the add-on is included in your plan. Zapier: triggers New Lead, New Job, Job Status Change, Lead Status Change, Job Is Done; actions Create Lead and Create Job. No Make app found.
