Use AssistCall with Actionstep

AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Actionstep through Webhook, Zapier.

Actionstep: Cloud practice management software for small and midsize law firms with workflow automation, matter management, billing and legal accounting.

Connects

Example call

A caller says she is buying a house and needs a closing attorney. The receptionist takes her details and the closing date. A Zap creates her contact and a new matter in Actionstep, and the conveyancing team sees the matter with the call summary as a file note.

How it connects

About Actionstep's API

Developers submit an Integrator Application. Actionstep's Global Support Team issues sandbox credentials, and issues production credentials only after an API review. API calls run with the permissions of the authorizing user. Rate limits are applied per user session (HTTP 429). REST Hooks send notifications for matter, document, participant and other events.

Not included: no one-click Actionstep app, no listing in Actionstep's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Actionstep.
