Use AssistCall with Amazon Seller Central

AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Amazon Seller Central through Zapier, Webhook, Make.

Amazon Seller Central: Seller Central is the account where independent sellers list products, manage orders and inventory, and handle fulfillment for the Amazon store; the Selling Partner API (SP-API) exposes that data.

Connects

Example call

Caller says "I bought your blender on Amazon and it arrived broken, the order ID is 112-..." AssistCall takes the message with the order ID and urgency; a Make scenario reads that order with the Get an order module, and the owner gets an email with the message, transcript and order details.

How it connects

About Amazon Seller Central's API

Not a partnership, but an approval step: to use SP-API for your own account you register as a private developer in Seller Central (Apps and Services > Develop Apps), and Amazon reviews the profile and may ask for more information. Access tokens are short-lived, so AssistCall's live lookup with a fixed key is not a fit. SP-API event notifications are delivered through Amazon services rather than to an arbitrary HTTPS URL (not re-verified in this research). Zapier's Amazon Seller Central app has only a New Order trigger and no actions, so it can't act on an AssistCall event; Make's verified app includes Get an order, Get a catalog item and report modules.

Not included: no one-click Amazon Seller Central app, no listing in Amazon Seller Central's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Amazon.
