Use AssistCall with CCC ONE
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and works alongside CCC ONE: forwarded calls get answered, booked or noted, with a summary of every call by email.
CCC ONE: Collision repair estimating and repair-management software that body shops use to write estimates, work with insurers and track repairs.
Works alongside
Example call
A driver calls Saturday night after a fender-bender. AssistCall takes their name, number, insurer, claim number and vehicle, books a Monday estimate slot, and the estimator gets an email summary with the recording to open the file in CCC ONE.
- Forward the shop line to AssistCall when estimators are busy or after hours, so a driver calling after an accident can leave their name, number, insurer, claim number and vehicle.
- Email the front office a summary, transcript and recording link for every call, so staff can start the estimate in CCC ONE without calling the customer back for details.
- Book estimate appointments during the call and send appointment.booked events by webhook to an HTTPS endpoint the shop controls.
How it connects
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
About CCC ONE's API
- Partner API: the vendor approves access
- Style: Cloud APIs through CCC Secure Share (style not published)
- Authentication: Not published; app developers register with CCC Secure Share and each repairer turns data sharing on or off
- On Zapier: no. On Make: no.
CCC Secure Share lets registered third-party apps receive a repairer's CCC ONE data once the shop switches sharing on. It is for app developers. A shop cannot create its own key, so AssistCall does not read or write CCC ONE records directly. No Zapier or Make app (checked Oct 2026).
Not included: no one-click CCC ONE app, no listing in CCC ONE's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with CCC Intelligent Solutions.
