Use AssistCall with DealerSocket
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and works alongside DealerSocket: forwarded calls get answered, booked or noted, with a summary of every call by email.
DealerSocket: Dealership CRM and DMS from Solera that car dealers use to manage sales leads, follow-up and service marketing.
Works alongside
Example call
A shopper calls Sunday about the trade-in value of their pickup. AssistCall takes their name, number and trade details and books a Monday appraisal. The BDC gets the summary and recording and adds the lead in DealerSocket.
- Forward the sales line to AssistCall after hours, so shoppers can leave their name, number, vehicle of interest and trade-in details.
- Email the BDC a summary, transcript and recording link for every call, so the call can be logged against the customer in DealerSocket.
- Send lead.captured events by webhook to an HTTPS endpoint the dealership controls, so phone leads are visible as soon as the call ends.
How it connects
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
