Example call

A customer calls at 6 pm to book a 30,000-mile service. AssistCall books a Thursday drop-off and notes the vehicle. The advisor gets the summary and recording and adds the appointment in Shop-Ware.

• Forward the shop line to AssistCall when advisors are with customers, so callers can book a drop-off or leave a message.
• Email the advisor a summary, transcript and recording link for every call, so the appointment can be added in Shop-Ware.
• Send appointment.booked events by webhook to an HTTPS endpoint you control. A Shop-Ware API partner could use them to create appointments in Shop-Ware.

About Shop-Ware's API

• Partner API: the vendor approves access
• Style: REST (OpenAPI 3; v1 and v2 specs)
• Authentication: Partner ID and secret headers (X-Api-Partner-Id, X-Api-Secret); the shop enables the partner under Account Settings > API Connection
• On Zapier: no. On Make: no.

The public spec covers customers, vehicles, repair orders, appointments and more, with webhooks for object events (for example appointment.created or repair_order.updated). Credentials are issued to API partners through Vehlo's partner program. A shop cannot create its own key. No Zapier or Make app.

Not included: no one-click Shop-Ware app, no listing in Shop-Ware's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Vehlo.
