Use AssistCall with Tripleseat
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Tripleseat through Live API actions, Webhook, n8n.
Tripleseat: Tripleseat is sales and event management software that restaurants, hotels and venues use to capture private-event leads, send proposals and run banquet events.
Connects
Example call
A caller wants a rehearsal dinner for 40 on June 12. AssistCall collects the details and creates a lead in Tripleseat. The events manager sees the new lead in Tripleseat and gets the call summary by email.
- During a call about a private party, create a Tripleseat lead with the caller's name, phone, event date and guest count using your public API key
- Send AssistCall's lead.captured event to an n8n workflow that posts the lead to Tripleseat's lead endpoint
- Transfer callers who are ready to book an event to your events manager, and email the full transcript
How it connects
- Live API actions: During the call, the receptionist calls the app's API with your key to look up or create records.
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
- n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
About Tripleseat's API
- Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
- Style: REST (JSON)
- Authentication: Public API key for the lead form endpoint; OAuth for the full API
- On Zapier: no. On Make: no.
The Public API Key is in Settings > API & Webhook details. The lead endpoint (POST https://api.tripleseat.com/v1/leads/create.json?public_key=...) creates leads with name, phone, event date, start time, guest count and notes. The full API (events, bookings) uses OAuth. One third-party directory says Tripleseat moved from OAuth 1.0 to OAuth 2.0 in 2026, which we did not confirm. Webhooks are configured in the same settings area. We found no Zapier or Make app.
Not included: no one-click Tripleseat app, no listing in Tripleseat's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Tripleseat.
