Use AssistCall with YouCanBookMe
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to YouCanBookMe through Webhook, Zapier, Make.
YouCanBookMe: Booking pages that sit on top of your Google or Microsoft calendar, used by coaches, consultants, tutors and small teams.
Connects
Example call
A student calls to book a tutoring session on Thursday. The receptionist books it and AssistCall sends appointment.booked to Make, which creates the booking in YouCanBookMe. The tutor sees it on their connected calendar.
- Each AssistCall booking becomes a YouCanBookMe booking on the right profile through Make's Create a Booking module.
- When a caller cancels on the phone, Make's Delete a Booking module removes the booking.
- Zapier's YouCanBookMe Booking Notifications trigger and AssistCall's call.completed events feed one log of online and phone bookings.
How it connects
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
- Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
- Make: Start a Make scenario with a custom webhook and use the app's Make modules.
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
About YouCanBookMe's API
- API access not confirmed
- Style: REST (api.youcanbook.me/v1)
- Authentication: Not verified
- On Zapier: yes. On Make: yes.
YouCanBookMe publishes API documentation and runs a public REST API (v1). We could not confirm from its docs how customers get credentials, so we do not offer live API lookups for it. Make's app supports creating, getting and deleting bookings. Zapier's app has one Booking Notifications trigger.
Not included: no one-click YouCanBookMe app, no listing in YouCanBookMe's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with YouCanBookMe.
