A third-party API scorecard reports no public self-serve API, no webhooks and no Zapier app, with every integration going through ChiroTouch's partner and Marketplace team. HIPAA: AssistCall does not offer or sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Patient calls and their summaries can contain protected health information, so a HIPAA covered practice should check with its compliance advisor before forwarding patient calls to AssistCall.
