Use AssistCall with Less Annoying CRM
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Less Annoying CRM through Webhook, Zapier, n8n.
Less Annoying CRM: A simple CRM with one price for small businesses, keeping contacts, notes, tasks, calendar events and pipelines in one place.
Connects
Example call
An insurance prospect calls while the agent is meeting a client. The receptionist takes their name, number and the policy they're asking about. A Zap creates the contact and a task to call back, and the agent sees the task in Less Annoying CRM.
- After a call, a Zap finds or creates the caller as a contact in Less Annoying CRM and adds the AssistCall summary as a contact note.
- Urgent message.taken events create a task in Less Annoying CRM through Zapier, so the callback shows on the owner's task list.
- lead.captured events create a pipeline item for the new contact through Zapier.
How it connects
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
- Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
- n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
About Less Annoying CRM's API
- Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
- Style: JSON over HTTPS POST (API v2: a Function name plus a Parameters object)
- Authentication: API key in the Authorization header, created on the Programmer API settings page
- On Zapier: yes. On Make: no.
Each key can be limited to read, create, edit or delete, and an admin can turn API access off for the whole account. Every call is a POST to https://api.lessannoyingcrm.com/v2/ with a nested Parameters object. AssistCall's live API step sends flat JSON, so live lookups are not offered. Webhooks are created with the CreateWebhook API call and signed with HMAC-SHA256. No Make app was found.
Not included: no one-click Less Annoying CRM app, no listing in Less Annoying CRM's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Less Annoying Software.
