Use AssistCall with Pipedrive

Pipedrive: A pipeline-based sales CRM that small sales teams use to track deals, contacts and follow-up activities.
Connects
Example call
A caller asks about pricing for a commercial cleaning contract. The receptionist checks Pipedrive for their number, finds no match, and takes their details. A Zap creates the person and a new deal in the first pipeline stage, and the sales rep sees the deal with the call summary note.
- During a call, the receptionist searches Pipedrive people by the caller's phone number with your API token and greets returning customers by name.
- After a call, a Zap creates the person and a deal in Pipedrive and adds the AssistCall summary as a note.
- Each appointment.booked event becomes a Pipedrive activity through an n8n workflow, so the meeting shows up in the rep's activity list.
How it connects
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
- Live API actions: During the call, the receptionist calls the app's API with your key to look up or create records.
- Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
- Make: Start a Make scenario with a custom webhook and use the app's Make modules.
- n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
About Pipedrive's API
- Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
- Style: REST (v1 and v2)
- Authentication: Personal API token (one per user per company) or OAuth 2.0
- On Zapier: yes. On Make: yes.
The token is under Personal preferences > API, and each user can have one active token per company. Rate limits apply per token over 2-second windows. API-token requests get 20 per window on Essential, 40 on Advanced, 80 on Professional, 100 on Power and 120 on Enterprise. Search is capped at 10 requests per 2 seconds on every plan. There is also a daily budget based on plan and seat count. Webhooks are set up under Settings > Tools and apps > Webhooks (up to 40 per user) and do not count against rate limits.
