Use AssistCall with monday CRM
AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to monday CRM through Webhook, Zapier, Make, n8n.
monday CRM: A CRM built on monday.com's customizable boards, for tracking leads, contacts, deals and post-sale work.
Connects
Example call
A caller asks for a quote on an office move. The receptionist takes the details and how soon they need it. A Zap adds an item to the Leads board with the call summary, and the sales manager sees the new lead at the top of the board.
- When AssistCall sends lead.captured, a Zap creates an item on your Leads board with the caller's name, number and request.
- After each call, an n8n workflow finds the caller's item by its phone column and updates it with the call summary and recording link.
- appointment.booked events add an item to a bookings board through Zapier, so the team can see upcoming appointments in monday CRM.
How it connects
- Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
- Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
- Make: Start a Make scenario with a custom webhook and use the app's Make modules.
- n8n: Start an n8n workflow with a webhook node, then call the app with its node or an HTTP request.
- Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.
About monday CRM's API
- Self-serve API: you can create a key in your account
- Style: GraphQL
- Authentication: Personal API token from the Developer Center (or Administration > Connections), or OAuth 2.0
- On Zapier: yes. On Make: yes.
Personal tokens get 10M complexity points a minute (1M on free, trial and NGO accounts). Daily call caps are 1,000 on Free, Basic and Standard, 10,000 on Pro and 25,000 on Enterprise, and an API add-on raises them. Board webhooks are created with the create_webhook mutation. The API is GraphQL only, and AssistCall's live API step sends simple GET requests or flat JSON POSTs, so live lookups are not offered. Zapier, Make and n8n can create and find items.
