A homeowner calls to book gutter cleaning. AssistCall books the job, a Zap creates the booking in NiceJob, and the owner sees the customer and booking in NiceJob, ready for its follow-up campaigns.

• When AssistCall books an appointment, a Zap runs NiceJob's Create Booking with the customer's name, phone and time.
• After a call.completed event, a Zap runs Find a Person and then Create or Update Person, so new callers are saved in NiceJob without duplicates.
• When AssistCall takes a message from a past customer, a Zap runs NiceJob's Enroll Contact to put them into the NiceJob campaign you choose.

How it connects

• Webhook: Signed JSON for every call, message and booking, sent to any HTTPS URL you choose.
• Zapier: Send AssistCall events to a Zap (Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook), then use the app's Zapier actions. Needs a paid Zapier plan.
• Call forwarding: Forward your business line to AssistCall when busy, after hours or always. Works with any carrier.

About NiceJob's API

NiceJob's REST API needs development credentials, which you request from [email protected]. The published docs show no self-serve key, so AssistCall does not call NiceJob during live calls. Zapier's NiceJob app has Create or Update Person, Create Booking, Create Visit and Enroll Contact actions, a Find a Person search, and Person and Review triggers. No Make app was found, and no public webhook docs were found.

Not included: no one-click NiceJob app, no listing in NiceJob's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with NiceJob.
