Use AssistCall with Airtable

AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Airtable through Zapier, Make, n8n, Live API actions.

Airtable: A database that looks like a spreadsheet, where small businesses build their own trackers for leads, jobs, inventory or bookings, with forms, views and automations.

Connects

Example call

A caller wants to book a photo session for next Saturday. The receptionist books it, and a Make scenario adds a record to the studio's 'Bookings' table with the client's name, number, time and reason. The owner sees it in the table's calendar view.

How it connects

About Airtable's API

Personal access tokens are available on every plan. API calls per workspace each month: 1,000 on Free, 100,000 on Team, unlimited on Business and Enterprise. Calls made by Zapier or Make count toward the same limit. There is also a limit of 5 requests a second per base. Creating a record needs a fields object, which AssistCall's JSON body template can send. Airtable formulas use curly braces, which AssistCall reads as placeholders, so a filterByFormula in a lookup URL has to write them as %7B and %7D. If Airtable rejects the caller_phone and call_id parameters AssistCall adds, switch them off for that action. Bending Spoons agreed to buy Airtable in August 2026, so plans and limits may change.

Not included: no one-click Airtable app, no listing in Airtable's marketplace, no two-way sync, and no partnership with Airtable.
