Use AssistCall with Notion

AssistCall answers your business calls 24/7 and can send each call, message and booking to Notion through Zapier, Make, n8n, Live API actions.

Notion: A workspace for notes, docs, wikis and simple databases that small teams also use as a lightweight CRM, task list or client tracker.

Connects

Example call

A caller asks whether the studio is taking on new logo projects. The receptionist takes their name, email and project details. A Make scenario adds a page to the owner's Notion 'Leads' database with the call summary, and the owner reviews it in Notion that afternoon.

How it connects

About Notion's API

A workspace owner creates an internal connection and then shares the pages or databases it is allowed to use. Every request needs a Notion-Version header (for example 2026-03-11). AssistCall's API action can save it as a second fixed header next to Authorization. Rate limits: 180 requests a minute per connection (about 3 a second), or 600 a minute on Business and Enterprise. Adding a database page needs nested JSON properties and a data_source_id parent, which AssistCall's JSON body template can send. Notion's responses are long, so live lookups that return whole pages may be cut short before the receptionist reads them. Writes are more dependable.
