Automation, spreadsheets and work management integrations
A lot of small businesses run day to day on a spreadsheet, a board or a task list, and they use automation platforms to move data between apps without hiring a developer. When the receptionist answers a call, the caller's details, the reason for the call and any booking should show up where the team already works, as a row, card or task. Otherwise they sit in an inbox and someone has to retype them. Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate each give AssistCall's signed webhook events a URL to post to, and those platforms then pass the data on to thousands of other apps.

- Microsoft Power Automate: Microsoft's automation service for Microsoft 365 users. Its cloud flows connect Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint and hundreds of other services.
- n8n: A workflow automation tool you can use in n8n's cloud or host yourself, popular with technical teams that want code steps, AI agents and control over where their data goes.
- Smartsheet: A work management platform that looks like a spreadsheet, used to run projects, schedules and requests, mostly by mid-size and larger teams and by construction, facilities and professional services firms.
- IFTTT: A simple automation service for consumers where applets link apps and smart devices, for example to send a phone notification or add a spreadsheet row when something happens.
- Pabbly Connect: A low-cost automation tool, sold monthly or as a one-time lifetime plan, that moves data between apps with multi-step workflows in the same way Zapier does.
